Specialty gift item return policy
Magnolia on Jefferson has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on sale items or holiday items within 7 days of the holiday or after the holiday.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method minus a $5 restocking fee. We are not responsible for bank and credit card company processing times.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns on gift cards. Please call the shop at (304) 327-6166 if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
floral policies
Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to season and regional availability issues. If this is the case with the design you’ve selected, Magnolia on Jefferson’s design team will ensure that the style and theme of your arrangement is preserved and we will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests, but we cannot guarantee them. The customer takes full responsibility that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (including door code, phone, suite, or apartment numbers) provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded. During extreme weather conditions we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we fail to succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently enroute to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our shop directly. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via email. If for any reason you are not happy with your floral order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
